How is fault determined?
Fault is determined by the laws that govern the state the accident occurred in. Some states are fault states while others are no-fault states. Your claims rep can help you determine your state’s laws and also who is liable.
Will my coverage pay for a loaner vehicle if my car needs repairs?
The answer will depend on what coverage you selected prior to purchasing your policy. If you select “rental vehicle coverage,” it will pay for a rental vehicle while your vehicle is being repaired.
What happens if I need to add more coverage?
You can easily add more insurance to your current coverage. Simply give us a call, and we can help reassess your current needs to make sure that your policy is the right fit. From there, we can adjust the policy limit depending on if you need more or less coverage.
